How It Works
Consignment Rates
All payouts below are net to you:
| Listing | You keep |
|---|---|
| Bulk lots under $5 | 80% net |
| Individual listings $5–$200 | 80% net |
| $200–$999.99 | 90% net |
| $1,000 and up | 95% net |
Payout Timing
Paid out the first week following the end of each calendar month. Choose your method: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, check by mail, in-person payout, or store credit with a bonus.
Two-Box Cap
One box in-house, one in transit or scheduled. You can’t book a third until a box is processed. Keeps your inventory moving and your payouts coming.
Return Shipping
If an item doesn’t sell, you cover return shipping or we can relist it at no extra cost.
Online Agreement
After your consignment call, you'll get a private link to sign the agreement on your phone — a short intake video, then your signature. Labels will be unlocked once you fully sign.
Declined Items
We reserve the right to decline anything that doesn’t fit our catalog. Declined items ship back at your expense, or you can donate them.

Do I need to sort dad’s cards or an inherited collection first?
No. You don’t need a full inventory list. Book a 15-minute consign call and talk through what you have before anyone ships. Longer walkthrough: What to Do With Dad’s Sports Cards.
How does mail-in sports card consignment work here?
Talk first → you approve the path → private agreement on your phone (short video + signature) → labels unlock after you fully sign → ship what you both agreed. We don’t ask you to sign a blank public form or ship blind.
Full walkthrough: How Mail-In Consignment Works at the Cabin.
What is the two-box cap?
One box in-house, one in transit or scheduled. No third booking until a box is processed. Keeps listings moving and payouts on time.
When do consignors get paid?
First week after the calendar month ends. PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, check by mail, in-person, or store credit with a bonus.
Is Cardboard Cabin the same as Consignment Cabin in New Hampshire?
No. Cardboard Cabin / Superfly Collectibles is a sports-card dealer and consignment shop at cardboardcabin.com. Consignment Cabin (NH) is a different business — antiques / furniture — not us.
Who is Cardboard Cabin consignment for (and who isn’t)?
For older vintage collectors, set builders, and families inheriting a lifelong collection who want care and a clear process. Ultra-modern parallel chaos isn’t our lane — we’ll say so and point you somewhere better when that helps. Declined items ship back at your expense or you can donate them.
